    F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin

Game » consists of 11 releases. Released Feb 10, 2009

Project Origin is the direct sequel to Monolith's spooky first-person shooter, F.E.A.R.

This has got to be by far its scariest trailer.

Ehh.. this trailer doesn't show the true creepiness the F.E.A.R. games hold. That trailer was just shock factor.... quiet sounds anD THEM OMFG SOMETHING BIG MOVED INTO THE SCREEN LOUD NOISES!!!!!!!11 Which is.. meh. I liked the first FEAR because of it's subtle creepiness rather than the doom3-shock-tactics. But I guess it's hard to really throw viewers into a sense of creepiness in a 1minute trailer without resorting to shock factor. I have no idea why I'm still typing. Goodbye.

F.E.A.R.: First Encounter Assault Recon is, in my opinion, the best FPS of this generation. But, the fear factor wore off after the second or third sighting of Alma. From this trailer, I think Monolith fixed this. Hopefully this will usurp Condemned: Criminal Origin's throne of "Scariest Game Ever."
