If they incorporated the 3 into the title with the same font, then it would look nice, like a backwards E, but with this Farcry esque popout font it looks shitty
Totally glanced at the name of this & mentally rotated the 3 the wrong way so I wound up with FWAR, even more stupid/silly than what they did. While some of the internet community might be familiar with this I think it might be lost on others.
I guess it was a slow news day. This naming scheme strikes me as far less stupid than "Left 4 Dead 2", for example, which went unmocked for the most part.

I'm pretty sure they made mention of it on the podcast. Not on the same level as New Super Mario Bros, but it's also not as stupid as that. They've also already done their fair share of Driv3r mocking. Not so much on Thi4f, but the Thief games aren't brought up very often.
I actually don't mind F.3.A.R. since the last two FEAR games and Condemned games were awesome. They can name it whatever the hell they want and I will buy it if it is on par with their other games.

That is what really worries me. I'm one of those who liked Fear 2, and come to think I do believe it was Ryan of Giant Bomb who did also. But this may be showing where they (Warner) are going. If that 'art' included is any representation, well..
