While it is not likely that the PSP version of Final Fantasy III (based on the DS remake) will get a release outside Japan (due to the state of the PSP outside of Japan), the japanese version of the PSP FF3 will be import friendly in that it is playable with English text. And remember that all PSPs are region-free.

Well there you go. All set for anyone who wants to preorder. I just received my copy of Persona 4 The Golden, and it would have been nice if that had English text too. But for now, have to read the Japanese.

I played and finished both of those DS remakes, it was the first time I had played those entries too. I wouldn't mind if they did something similar with the later entries in the franchise either, like VIII or IX, or maybe VI since I've never touched that one.

I played this on DS and thought it was pretty good. I just still can't commit to buying a PSP.
