I thought they did a good job with this trailer for the western markets, good action shots.
seriously?
Typical anime-game-VO, really cheesy, and they pause mid-sentence waay more that a person would.
Blah.
Needs more Nolan North I guess.
So glad I got the JP version and won't have to listen to this...wow. O_O
God that dub is bad.
Wow, how the fuck did Square fuck this up so bad?! Hope sounds like a fucking idiot, Snow sounds so bland, and Lightning has no feeling. A fucking Australian for Fang?! She's voiced with an Indian Japanese Accent in the real version!
What is up with this shit?!
Explain. Because every japanese trailer i've seen the supporting females sound like little girls and the males sound like.....girls.
Uh, Fang sounds nothing like she did in the Japanese Trailers. She has a very mature Indian Japanese accent that's unique to the country. Vanila has the Shibuya accent and pulls it off wonderfully. The trailers for JP FF13 aren't the final versions and ask anyone who has also played the game...the voices are flawless and the theme song is beautiful.
the NA/EU version has the shitty theme song I've ever heard...and a fucking Australian for Fang?! Hope sounds faggy, Snow is fucking bland, and Lighting's voice is showing NO emotions during the part when she said "She Is Lighting"...the Japanese version is very emotional during that part.
