    I'd say when Jigglypuff does that rest moves which does insane damage in SSBM, that's pretty messed up

    Tattoo Assassins had some of the weirdest, but if I had to choose one now I'd pick Lazarus' move from Timeslaughter. He rips the defeated foe's intestines and uses them as - gueass what - bagpipes :)
