I still see it in RTS's, Smoke Grenades like those in FPS games probably don't count. I think there was some fog in Uncharted 2 at the snow part, but I'm foggy on it. But can you think of any other games where Fog can add to the atmosphere and experience in a game?

Well if they actually went back and made some scary Silent Hill games again, HD fog would be perfect :)

Is there some Quest involving Fog? Why are there so many Fog threads lately?

Nothing wrong with fog, unless it's used to hide poor draw distance. I'm looking at you, Turok: Dinosaur Hunter!

Fog eh? Haven't seen fog in so long i'd forgotten it existed. 

Silent Hill. A heavy snowstorm could also be used.

More fog, means more detail up close because you don't have to worry about far away things.
