I've put up a GiantBomb app on the Palm App catalog for webOS users (Pre/Pixi - yes, Palm may be dying, blablabla) - its in the beta feed, so either use this link to install or just browse the beta catalog. Its a free app.
The app can view news/reviews, search the database (opens pages in browser for now), watch videos on the phone directly and listen to the bombcast.
It is fully open source - source available at github.
GiantBomb App for Palm webOS
I assume MPL means Mozilla Public License? That should be clarified because the acronym is ambiguous.
Also, the copyright of the Giant Bomb logo is owned by Whiskey Media. That should be mentioned in the README as well, so people don't think they're MPL-licensed or public domain.
As for screenshots

Saw this yesterday while checking for apps via AppScoop, definitely a great app, can't wait to see where it goes too.
If you were in front of me right now i would hug you. Thank you i was hoping this would happen as AT&T sucks in my area.
Quick question...When something is in beta is there any way to find it other than being sent a direct link? I can't find it on my phone but i got it through your link seems to work great so far.

HELLS YES
i love my Pre and think WebOS is pretty much the best mobile OS right now, but i'm always sad when the iphone gets something i would actually use and there is no Pre port (and from what i know of the SDK, the porting is fairly easy)
I am sad that the new video formatting breaks this app for videos.
But alas, I'm guessing that has to do with the subscription stuff
Thanks so much!
I'm not always home and I don't have a laptop, so this app is the only way I can see GB content when I'm on the go
