Pulling specific user status updates via rss

I'm basically wanting to grab my own activity feed(s) and serve that as an rss feed on my own personal site, I like having my web presence collated in just a few places so it's easy for people to see what I'm doing on everything I interact with, or most of it etc. I'm wondering how I can grab my activity feed, as the activity feed rss button just grabs the overall one that is useless to me.

Is this some crazy notion or am I missing something, is it not possible right now to simply grab one users activity feeds? It seems only possible to grab other peoples lists of followed users activity feeds, which is something I don't want to do etc. I mean I'd hate to just create a new account, just follow myself, and grab the feed that way but if there's no other solution :(
