Question about playing video in app

The video cannot be played in the app. I looked up the doc. In the video section, it said that "For apps you must have a registered User Agent to load and play our videos. Contact edgework@giantbomb.com to do that."

I already sent an email to edgework @rick, but got no respond. So how can I apply for a registered User Agent?
