@Freek: Looks like changing the encoding fixed the second problem. The other formatting problems seem unimportant by comparison -- images being improperly placed and a space being appended to links, italics, and possibly more. Links should be easy to find, but the italics can be found in Most Popular Achievements (10/24 - 10/30) and Go Watch Captain N (Actually, Go Watch Pole Position) (because of how they're created, the links will likely be changed by the time you click them).
I guess there's not much you can do with the bug except reporting it.
