Is the free game a joke?

So since i bought Unity gold edition i got my free game from Ubisoft and i redeemed it today for PS4. I choose Far Cry 4 and entered the code into PSN and it started to download Far Cry 4... TIMED TRIAL?!?

What is going Ubisoft, is this a slight naming error or are you continueing to shoot yourself in the foot just for the fun of it?

I hope that's just a mistake...if not, that's seriously fucked up.

I'm not sure if it still works this way on PS4, but on PS3 for playstation plus games you often download the trial version and a unlock key that basically upgrades it to the full version. Maybe something like that is happening here.

My friend got Far Cry 4 because of this and it is the full game. After it is fully downloaded I'm sure it'll be fine.

@kaos_cracker: that is good to hear. I will have to wait untill tomorrow to check myself as my downloadspeed aint exactly blazing.
