Riddler Informant in the GCPD

There's a dude in the police station that glows green like the riddler informants. Sup with that?

I would also like to know because it is driving me crazy. I thought maybe it was a glitch after I couldn't do anything to/with him.

You should be able to hit Y (or the equivalent) and interrogate him, even though there is no prompt.

He might just be there for flavor, the things he says definitely don't seem random.

You can interrogate him, he has a unique scene where the cops around him freak out and point their guns at Batman, until the guy confesses.

ill try the Triangle button and see if i can interrogate him. (playing on ps4 obviously) but i was talking to him and zooming in on his face and scanning him thinking it was a riddle uh riddle lol. all of gcpd are probably like "hey bats quit scanning his face your gonna give him cancer or somethings"
