Any Premium Users Who Use BeyondPod? (Android)

As recently as a few weeks ago I had all the premium feeds working just fine in my BeyondPod app but then my membership ran out and it took until today for me to be able to afford resubscribing. I had to delete all the premium feeds from BeyondPod in the interim, else the app would get stuck in an update loop all night.

Now that I'm a member again I'm trying to add the feeds, but they aren't connecting at all. I don't know what else to try... I've got my user name and password in the proper fields and the RSS URL should be correct (http://www.giantbomb.com/podcast-xml/premium/).

Anyone have a solution? I tried Pocket Casts and really didn't like the layout, plus it looked like you can't manually add feed URLs.

@funkyman50: Which username have you been trying? Have you tried both using your email address or giant bomb username in the field?

I've tried both of my e-mails and my username and it just hangs on "Connecting" with a spinning circle forever.

Weird. I also use BeyondPod on my android phone. Never had an issue with it. Are you using the free or paid version of the app? I know the free version only lets you update 1 feed at a time. Maybe that's causing a problem? I'm using the same RSS URL you posted but maybe a https in the link could work for you? I'm using my GB username to connect and not a email address.

Sometimes it takes a couple new episodes to post in the feed for the podcast app to work, protected feeds can be funky like that.

I have the same settings but I'm using https. Maybe it's just the subscription still in the process of updating?

Alright, I'm back with an answer. Somehow I lost my password for the site. I don't remember changing it ever and I use a password manager to prevent this kind of stuff, but regardless, somehow I spent all day yesterday trying with the wrong password.

After a password reset with the help of Rorie I was able to get the premium feeds no problem in BeyondPod.
