Bombcast Anniversary

I was just looking for an old episode to listen to, and realized that the very first Arrow Pointing Down podcast was released on February 18, 2008. That means that tonight's episode will be the one-year anniversary of the Bombcast - granted, it wasn't called the Bombcast yet, but it's on the same RSS feed and it totally counts. One year since the post-Gamespot Ryan and Jeff united to start recording audio again.

Damn a year already eh? Congarats!

Been listening since that first episode and it really doesn't seem like a year.

Man, I can't believe it's been a year, and that I've listened to every single one of them.

A year already huh?  Seems like just yesterday Jeff was on one of his last Hotspots saying how it was stupid of them to make a Street Fighter 4 while proclaiming that things to him were a religion, and other things were the shit.

One year of awesomeness.

Yep. It's coming up to the anniversary of Giant Bomb itself (well, in blog form anyway) soon too.

Wow a year goes by way too fast. But I guess thats part of life. I was just thinking today that it was years ago that I bought RE4 at launch and now RE5 is just a few weeks away. Next thing I know I'll be a retired old man. Scary thoughts....LOL.

They have come a long way since then. Good thing the pod cast over skype didnt last.

It has seemed very short, but I am happy nonetheless. Here is to another year full of belching, talk-box singing, drunk at PAX madness!!!

Of course Arrow Pointing Down counts! in fact it just so happens that i listened to the Arrow Pointing Down podcast again today, without even realising the anniversary.

I noticed this a few weeks ago when the first, skype recorded podcast came up on my playlist (I have it on shuffle constantly) ...Time flies by way too fast.

Hard to believe it's only been a year, mainly because I only found out about GB around October.

and a special shout out to the E3 ones...felt like i was actually at E3

Yeah, It surprises me I've been following these guys for a year and listened to all those podcasts. That's got to be like at least 500 hours I could've spent honing my call of duty 4 skills.
