Cant find the pie Brad talked about

I just listen to 11/20 cast and favorite pies was asked by email and Brad talked about a pie called dirty pie? I don't know if I'm spelling it right or 'm hearing it wrong but search for it and I can't find a thing. I just want a recipe of it.

I believe he said "derby pie".

Yeahhhh, I imagine a dirty pie isn't what you think it is. Safesearch off if you still want to find it though.

Ohhhhhh, that seems to be it. I also thought he said "dirty pie," and assumed it was related in some way to mud pies (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mississippi_mud_pie)

I will also accept "derpy pie", because that sounds hilarious.

I can't seem to find it either. If someone could overnight me one that would be a great help...

Derby pie kinda sounds gross. Why would you fuck up a perfectly good pecan pie with chocolate? Although, a little bourbon couldn't hurt...

The way I have had it it's less like a pecan pie with chocolate but more like a Snickers bar made into a pie with pecans instead of peanuts and less chewy caramel and stuffed into a pie crust

I really would like to see the results for "dirty pie".

I live in the state it was created in and I find it disgusting. Give me a good cherry, pecan, or pumpkin pie over one of those any day.

I totally had my mother make a Derby pie this thanksgiving because of the podcast. Thing was like one big ass delicious cookie.

I live just north of Louisville KY, never had until I went to a Kentucky Derby party a couple of years ago. Its pretty good.

Oddly I'm from New York, and my favorite pie is Key Lime.

My favorite pie is Key Lime but Derby and Pecan Pie are both close seconds. Love it, num num num

It's only ever savoury pies over here in Australia with the occasional apricot or apple. Reading and hearing all this stuff makes me feel wierd.
