A guy with a "CHINA DON'T CARE" shirt was called out in episode 32 of This Feels Terrible. It was a live show in San Francisco. Timestamp is -44:39. Erin (the host) didn't know what it meant. The guy played it cool and didn't bother explaining the backstory. The same guy came up on stage in the episode of Harmontown which was taped immediately after at the same place. Mayor Dan Harmon briefly addressed said shirt.
