Every time the keyboard tune played during the break on the podcast kicks in, I stop whatever I am doing, throw up the "Metal" sign and bang my head. Even at work…as long as no one is looking.

And my alarm clock ringtone. But I guess that the "E-mails!" music would be better for texts, right?
