What games have the GOTY podcasts been spoiling?

I was scared away by Ryan's warning of "there be spoilers," because I've miraculously avoided all spoilers for The Walking Dead AND I don't know how Mass Effect 3 ends yet. What games have they spoiled in the podcasts that have been uploaded?

Pretty much everything. If you look at the nominees, everything has been spoiled without a warning. So don't listen if you are bothered by that. Including The Walking Dead and ME3.

Oddly enough those spoilers made me want to play Tokyo Jungle.

Someone posted a timestamp thingy in case there's specific games that you want to avoid spoilers for... but I kind of don't want to look for it right now...

Dragons Dogma is spoiled and it sounds pretty cool!

Worth listening to even if there are spoilers. Listening to them argue about Spec Ops makes me want to play it. I played the first hour or so and got bored but I keep wanting to go back to it.

Only game I wouldn't listen to is Walking Dead becasue that's all story... definitely don't want that spoiled but I had already played it. Was interesting see that roadside scene with Doug though; so glad I picked Carley.

Walking dead is heavily spoiled. Don't listen to it if you want to avoid them.

Walking Dead was spoiled to shit. But that only made me want to play it more.

Mass Effect 3 was pretty spoiled as well, and it made me glad I didn't play it.

so I guess good all around.

Better reason to finish both of those games (ME3 & Walking Dead) ASAP so you can listen to the GOTY bombcasts.

I thought I was safe as far as halo 4 goes but Ryan makes an offhand reference to something I really wish I hadnt heard due to not being very far in it. But hey, I knew what I was getting in to.

Heh. You can skip around the spoilers. @StarFoxA the time stamps in my thread make it pretty easy to do so.

I meant before specific spoilers, I just said that so he doesn't go rogue and try to skip around the spoilers. Now that's easy with @pyromagnestir: great time stamps.

To me it was The Walking Dead but since I don't give a flying fuck about that whole property then no big loss on me.

like most said, it spoils about every game. The only game I hadnt played and was "ruined", if I cared about those things, is Assassins Creed 3. I wish I hadnt heard the spoiler, but i went in to the podcasts knowing any game was fair-game so its my fault. Then again i still need to play Brotherhood and Revelations before even thinking about 3, so /shrug

Having played Tokyo Jungle, those spoilers aren't even a huge deal. If you read the text logs in the game at all (which you HAVE to collect to unlock new story chapters), about halfway through the story you start realizing from the logs that there is something pretty sci-fi crazy going on. The specifics of it are a bit of a twist, but the logs foreshadow that the ending/backstory of the game is going to be weird.

Being a frequent internet user and yet not knowing how Mass Effect 3 ends is quite the impressive feat.
