What was the name of the Locker app referenced in the Radio Show?

So when Dave was talking about the API he mentioned a programme or app that used the database to help you sort your games. That seems like a cool thing and I want to check it out, but I didn't catch the name of it. Does anyone know what it was?

Oh I remember using that but I can't recall the name.

This. I saw it being recorded but figured I'd catch the whole thing when it went up, hoped it'd be by now, but I suppose everyone is on E3 duty.
