When did the "relaxing at home" thing start?

I first heard of it when someone made the LittleBigPlanet level for Giantbomb and Jeff asked Ryan if that was in there.  I've seen seen Ryan use it in his Sims 3 preview and Jeff used it more recently in the Let's Have a Link Parade article.  I listened to the Hotspot when these guys were still on and have been listening to the Bombcast regularly since about October.  When did this running joke start?

I dont get it. What was this running joke.

They would have a picture of someone and the caption under it would say "person'sname relaxing at home"  If you look at the articles in all the links you'll see it.
