When do the GOTY podcasts start?

Obviously they do it in sections but when do the start putting them up?.

There is always a recap video and there is always a podcast with the discussions on the same day. Crazy thought, listen to the podcast first and then watch the video.

They have always done a podcast and a video recap that just goes through their list of whatever awards they chose during the podcast. Based on looking at the schedule on the front page, seems like this year will be no different.

It's like you people didn't even read what I said...I'm talking about the timing of it all, not the fact these things are even happening. They usually have the build up of discussion in Podcast form, having it out and debating whats on the list, who won what category etc first THEN they have the recap of 'who won' in Video and Article form.

My original thing was as it says on the Coming Soon bar 'Game of the Year 2012: Day One Recap' and when you hover over it says 'Video'. So yeah, is that going to be the podcasts in video form or is that the run down vid they do of who won? Because surely if we see who won first in the recap video before the podcasts we lose following the build up of how they got there with the decisions made!

i dunno why they have this thing of releasing it all at once. I mean the huge majority will wait to hear the podcast before watching the video anyway. I know its what they have always done BUT there is simply no logic to revealing the conclusions of the discussions that will have been had on the podcasts before anyone gets a chance to actually hear them. Like Seriously it makes no fucking sense to do that all. Any possible problems like this prove that point more so

@gamerpigeon: the video release was probably on a timer. The podcast, as always, is directly posted by ryan, which is maybe the stupidest thing about this site. Just build a goddamn back end so ryan can post podcasts in advance and release them on a timer, fuck...
