Show yourself you punning bastard. :)
Who wrote in "Jumping the Shock?"
" To be fair, there have been terrible puns on previous episodes. What was that Mass Effect one? Fertilitease? "I don't know about that; fertilitease had merit.
Yeah, that was really bad. At least my E-mail (the one about Shadows of the Empire and Castlevania 64) was answered without much hassle. Though now I need to track down copies of both games to see if they're right...
I've played both of those games (rented Castlevania 64, own Shadows of the Empire). Shadows of the Empire was playable in its day, like the guys said, but it was also kind of a mess. It was far, far too easy to fall to your death in many situations. To be honest, the best stage of the game was the snow speeder section at the very beginning. I'm pretty sure that's why they ended up making the Rogue Squadron trilogy after that." Yeah, that was really bad. Castlevania 64 was just...ugh. There was some potential there, but otherwise it was just a slog. Though I never beat the game, I've seen more than enough video to suggest that it really wouldn't have been worth my time trying. I'm not sure how Legacy of Darkness (an expanded version of Castlevania 64 with characters and content that didn't make the original release) compares since I never played it.
Edit: Also, yeah. I'm pretty sure that Bioshock e-mail was about on the level of Castlevania 64.
