"Add new review" for ME3 leads to 404: Not Found page

When clicking the Add new review button on the ME3 page:

http://www.giantbomb.com/mass-effect-3/3030-29935/user-reviews/

I get the 404: Not Found page.

Tried with multiple browsers.

They have enough reviews of ME3, they don't need anymore
