Adding new releases broken?

Just tired adding the Japanese Wii U release to the Knytt Underground page (was at 7 releases, should now be at 8 ...or 9 in case it took both submissions), submitted successfully, page refreshes - nothing there. Did it again since I wasn't entirely sure I clicked submit, still nothing.

can be closed, was related to the general site issues today.
