Earlier this year I upgraded from the monthly to yearly subscription plan, though it appears that the medal on my avatar is still silver instead of gold. How can I go about changing this? Thanks in advance!
Unfortunately, there's a circumstance out of our control at the moment that can cause a delay in you getting the badge (based on the previous billing end date) automatically. Sorry 'bout that!
As for the good news - I have updated you. We've got a thread here: http://www.giantbomb.com/forums/bug-reporting-33/silver-subscriber-badge-didn-t-change-to-gold-1758147/ for anyone else that has has the wrong badge and we can fix em up :)
