Billing page in inaccessible

https://auth.giantbomb.com/billing/

I was already logged in when attempting to visit the page, though it doesn't seem to matter. Below are the lines reported by Safari and Firefox.

Safari

Too many redirects occurred trying to open "https://auth.gianbomb.com/billing". This might occur if you open a page that is redirected to open another page which then is redirected to open the original page.

Firefox

The page isn't redirecting properly

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept

cookies.

Also, when you cancel a membership, you're prompted for details but then redirected to a 404... (so um... thanks for valuing opinions and filing them in the circular file) :-P

And the cancellation page may 404, but the email gets sent to the staff regardless. Still, should fix that for sure. Apologies.

@merlin747: Sorry, this should be working now. The upgrade page, at least; the cancellation page might 404 still. But the cancellations will go through and we still get the emails. Be nice. :(

Happened to 404 me just now, but still glad the mail went through.

"Change plan" link on the Account Details page does 404 as well.

I'm having the same problem as merlin747 though I'm using Chrome not Firefox, I was able to cancel my subscription but I'm unable to access the billing options to reactivate it (I just wanted to change the billing date).

I'm also using the Facebook log-in, don't know if that effects things or not.
