Can't add new Concepts to previously-populate list.

Win 7,64-bit

Chrome 25.0.1364.152 m.

When editing a page, the search box for adding a new Concept does not appear. The search box appears just fine if I try to edit a page with no previous Concepts associated.

@ravenlight: Yea I asked about that a while ago as well. A temporary "fix" for users is to select the tab in question BEFORE you hit the "edit wiki" button. THEN you can add stuff to it.

That definitely has to be fixed, though.
