Can't select images in profile settings in IE11

What happens: In profile settings, when clicking on the avatar picture, or choosing any other picture the page darkens and the editor panel detaches underneath it (scrolls with the page), but nothing else happens.

What I expect to happen: The page to darken and then a dialog should appear over the page that asks where it should get the image from.

(IE11, Windows 7 64 bit)

The bigger question is why are you using IE11?

I knew I'd get that. :D

I saw it had been updated to 11 and thought I give it a try, and ended up unironically liking it.
