Cancel subscription

Hi, just wanted the community if anyone had a problem with a canceled subscription being renewed?

I just got an email saying the credit me for an yearly subscription. I clearly remember creating my subscription and then canceling right after, so I wouldn't forget.

never bother to check the status recently, so I don't know if it was a bug or simply did not register my cancelation.
