Cannot change to black site on Chrome on Ubuntu 12.10 - Bug Reporting

Pretty much all in the title. I can switch to the black site on Firefox but I can't do it in Chrome on Ubuntu 12.10. Nothing happens when I click the button.

obviously ubuntu just realizes the glory that is the white site.

Can't change to black theme on chrome or safari on my mac (running snow leopard) haven't tried firefox :I
