Can't see/use chat while logged in GB chat

Problem: though the streams run fine, the actual chat does not, while I am logged in. When not logged into my GB account, I can see the chat and stream fine. This has happened both with the Snatchers game and the PAX South streams. There is a warning message that it is trying to reconnect to chat that flickers for a fraction of a second, but about ten minutes later and still no chat box appears. I can type in a message in the text box but it will not send.

Browser: Chrome (48.0.2564.97) and Firefox (43.0.4)

Attempts to alleviate: Turned off any adblocking extensions, cleared cache. Neither worked.

I'm having the same issue. Can't connect while signed in, but I can see all of the chat messages while signed out. I had no issues on the old games (Snatcher) stream, but I haven't been able to connect since yesterday's UPF.

A sample of the console output is below.

I am having the same exact problem. I'm using chrome and I can't see or use the chat while logged in either. I tried logging out and back in again, clearing my cash and I even flushed my DNS but nothing worked. I'm not using any extensions and I'm on windows 7.

Missed this thread earlier--I'm having the same problem: This started during UPF yesterday--the chat window is blank for me during live events. Every few seconds the "You've been disconnected, reconnecting" message flashes up for about a half second, then back to blank. I'm on Chrome, have checked in Incognito mode, adblock is disabled, running Windows 10.

Yeah sorry about this. Looks like AWS (where we host our chat servers) is having problems.

Same thing here. At least the "Connection lost. Reconnecting..." message isn't flickering in every few seconds so...progress?
