Chosen Site Theme No Longer Saving

For the past day or two, my chosen site theme doesn't save anymore. Whenever I navigate to a new page on the site, it defaults to the white theme, and I have to manually change it to the dark theme on each page. Navigating forward and back causes the site theme to change back as well.I'm using Chrome on Windows 7 if that makes any difference.
