Comments section underneath video player really small?

About 5 days ago the scroll section underneath videos is ridiculously small for me, like smaller than the box of text for writing comments. Anybody else having this issue?

Lol, I never even knew what that was or that a feature like that existed so I don't really feel like a "dummy" but thanks I guess. Also, I guess this makes my username pretty eponymous.

@pinner458: I noticed that after I replied. Weird. The sticky video feature works better with a longer screen.
