default-content section loses bgcolor under 980px width

If you shrink the browser to the point where the third or fourth media query breakpoint occurs, below 980 pixel width, the section element with an id of "default-content" loses its background colour.

Currently, the Bungie Destiny campaign is running so the page width is smaller and a background image is visible. Below is a screenshot of what I'm seeing:

This is definitely a skinned site issue. If I remove the "skin-yes" class from the body tag, the disappearing content background also happens.

@soviut: Thank you for the bug report. I think I forgot to include the fix for skins on anything smaller than 980. Probably cause skins are not supposed to run on tablets etc. But in either case I should fix it for when desktop people choose to shrink the window. Thanks.
