Discount codes no longer usable on the Giant Bomb store?

So, my birthday rolled around recently, which reminded me that my annual Giant Bomb membership billing period would be rolling around in a month or two.

Then I realized I still hadn't used that T-shirt coupon code from my yearly subscription back in 2012. So, I looked it up in my email, found the code, went to the store, added something to my cart, and noticed that there wasn't any kind of form to put my discount code in...

Does anybody know what happened to it? Did it go away during the site re-design? Does this mean that I just wasted $15 by waiting to get a shirt?
