Editing People's Gender is reversed - Bug Reporting

When editing a person page, the gender drop-down displays the wrong gender. It looks correct when simply viewing the article, but upon clicking the "Edit this wiki page" button it changes. This occurs for both genders.

Actually when you select male from the option then after saving it's just blank, and when you choose female, it's male after saving.

To be clear, I did not save anything once I saw that. I was indicating that the displayed gender was reversed in the drop-down. It is possible that the values of the drop-down are not reversed.
