Html5 on iPhone?

I've been told the last day or so that I should use an html5 compatible device to watch videos, strange because I've been using the same iPhone5 to watch them for months... Not sure whether this is a bug or my phone is freaking out but I've just subscribed so it's a bit of a pain, can't work it out. Any help?

I have an iPhone 5, and I've had the HTML5 message since the Lords of Shadow 2 quick look.

Having the same issue on iPad, site is telling me I need HTML 5.

Just tried it on my 4s in both Chrome and Safari, got the same message. Is it because we're not paid members? I ask cause I know the HTML5 player is for paid members only on the desktop site.

@monkeyman04: Two things, good sir. Apparently my debit card didn't get updated when the old one expired last month so I redid it. And now I can view videos no problem.

There are two other posts on this within the top five posts here, guys. This is being looked into and will hopefully be fixed today. If not, tomorrow at the latest.
