Is the video player broken?

I have been trying to watch various site videos and they stop to buffer like every 3 seconds. I am not having any such problems with other site's content and they work seamlessly if I go to youtube.

What quality do you have selected? Try in this order.

Streaming

HTML5 (if available)

YouTube (if available)
