Metal Gear Scanlon Part 4

I'm attempting to download the mobile version of Metal Gear Scanlon - Part 04 (Premium) in DoggCatcher and am receiving a 404. Parts 1-3 and 5-6 work fine.

@lar: Is this still happening?

@jslack: Yes, I just tried again and got a 404. Since I'm on a different network than I'm usually on I tried Part 07 and that worked correctly.

Strange. Looking into this again.
