Not getting notifications

I looked at the user settings, and I'm supposed to get PM'd when someone comments to me, but I'm not getting anything.

This isn't an urgent thing that needs to be fixed, but hopefully this will bring to you guys' attention the problem, making the site even better

I'm getting them but they are pretty delayed. It was like that on the beta too.
