Phone getting IP Banned for Refreshing Premium Feed?

I've tried on both my wifi and on 4G and it seems that I can access the website but the minute I try to refresh the premium RSS feed I get IP banned for malicious activity? As you can see I can still access the site from my computer but I'm a little afraid to scope out the rss feed in case it bans me on here.

It might be more of a user-agent issue than an IP issue, but the engineers would know better than me.
