Right now on the video player, if a video hasn't started yet, the time shows "00:00:00 / 00:00:00", but I looked at the page source and you have the actual duration right there in the code, it's just commented out. Please change the default behavior so it shows, for example, "00:00:00 / 00:42:50" without the user having to do anything first.

I'm just going to say this is a very low priority bug.

You could already kinda do that:

Sure, not to your exact specifications but it works.

@tsigo: Yeah that commented out piece was from when I was setting up the video player to show how it should be built. That stuff gets created with javascript now so I have to have someone update the code to fix that. I'll put in on the list of things to do.

@rjayb89:

Not a perfect solution, especially with older videos.

You know, this is a feature that I really like about Pixar Blurays/DVDs--they actually tell you how long the feature you've selected is. This goes for the behind the scene stuff as well as the movie itself. It's handy and every disk should have it. Not sure why one one else does this regularly.

@jcgamer: I don't buy dvds anymore, do they not put runtime on the back of the box anymore?
