For the past few days, when I type in a comment on a forum topic or a video and submit it, the system acts like it accepts it or it says there's some kind of error, but then my comment won't show up for a long while when I search through the latest comments. Then if I try to resubmit, it says I commented too many times in a row, like here. There were two comments that then showed up randomly after several minutes of exiting the page, reopening it and refreshing it, and I deleted one of them.
So something's going wrong with the forums again. Just thought I'd let you know.
