Site is double posting some of my forum posts/video comments

A few of my recent posts and comments end up double posted. I didn't click on "submit" more than once. In some cases, it may have been because the site sort of hung there while trying to submit the post, or possibly because I refreshed the page a minute or two later to make sure it actually posted.

Firefox 22.0, Windows 7.

I haven't had the double posting issue but I've definitely had the site hang when I clicked submit. If I refresh, my post goes through just fine but otherwise, it just hangs for a while and then brings me back to the text field.
