This may not be the correct place for this thread as this might not be a GB issue but certain downloaded videos will simply not play using the "Play To" command in Windows 8. While I have had more than one video do this the most recent example is the 2 part VinnyVania/PC Engine stream. Part 2 will stream to the Xbox One just fine but Part 1 gives an error of "Failed to retrieve media information from media server." I have tried several different "fixes" for the problem through Windows but is still causes issues. Anyone have any help?
