Text editor menu snapping to top of browser window.

Whenever I scroll down a thread, when I get to the text editor at the bottom, the menu from the editor (Paragraph, Bold, Italics, Underline, etc...) snaps to the top of my browser window. It starting happening about 17 hours ago.

Using the Latest upgrade of Chrome running in Windows 7 Pro, 64-bit.

Weird! Is this still happening? Do you have a screenshot?

I still see this occasionally, too. I'll try to remember to take a screenshot the next time it happens. (Win7, Chrome - beta channel)
