Unable to recover password

I currently cant recover the password to my account, when I enter my email address to recover my password I keep getting an error message saying "Woops! Something wrong happened, we are working on it!". I have been getting this message for the past few weeks when I try to use the tool to recover my password. I am currently only able to access my account on this one computer that is logged in due to this issue. Thanks in advance for your assistance on this issue.
