Video options getting reset

Every single time I've loaded up a video in the last 3-5 days or so, it automatically resets the video player settings back to the defaults. I normally have them set to HTML5 and High quality, but no matter what, if I go to watch a video, it comes up as Streaming and Auto quality. It's getting super frustrating.

Been getting this as well. Not super annoyed by it but just wanted to chime in and say that its happening to me as well.
