Video performance is really not good

My experience with the videos on Giantbomb has been very bad for a long time now. It has gotten to a point that I can only watch the videos in reasonable quality when using Youtube. All other options are just not watchable by any standards. I use Chrome and have a fast internet connection.
For a website that is focused on video this might be a thing to look at.

I watch content via the youtube page.

I'm fine on my PC or laptop, but only because the processors are way decent. If I try to watch on my phone, it breaks the thing to pieces and I have to go to YouTube. It's been a pretty long time since I was able to watch content on Giantbomb.com proper using a smartphone, even at the lowest setting, without things falling apart spectacularly.
