I have been unable to watch a single E3 video without it hanging within about 20-40 sec. I can then refresh and start it again in which case it usually says "resuming from saved position" and then it plays. Or I can wait a minute or 5 and then it starts playing or never starts playing.
In general I have always had an issue with repositioning a video stream on this site that I never have on youtube (eg.). It hangs more often than not, especially if I go forward. I then have to refresh the page and play the video again when it sometimes says "resuming from saved position" and plays and sometimes just restarts the video from the beginning in which case I click to reposition it again and perhaps go through the same cycle several times.
